JUDGE ME!
Today I am at home for 60 days due to social isolation. Like you, I have gone through many phases. Several times I find myself judging others, or even my thoughts and desires, with doubts about what to do or how to position myself. What I can say to you is that, as I became aware of the “exaggeration of judgments”, I was trying to let go of them. Having judgments is neither wrong nor bad, it is a way of evaluating things and defining what works and what doesn't work for us at the moment. Judgment becomes harmful when it hurts or hurts others.
