Emotional deregulation is a picture characterized by the difficulty in handling their own emotions, which results in behavioral, interpersonal, cognitive and identity problems. It is one of the main questions we can observe in various diagnoses of psychological disorders such as: emotional deregulation, chemical dependence, depression and bipolar, food and personality disorders. Many people face problems arising from emotional deregulation, but no one needs to go through it all alone. With this in mind, CEFI's Contextus Nucleus has been conducting group training with great results since 2016. The adult skill training course is based on dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT). DBT is a treatment with scientific evidence to work on these demands, emphasizing the balance between acceptance and change in the promotion of a life that is worth living.
