Overcoming Anxiety Workshop
Do you feel worried / anxious about various problems in everyday life? Have trouble controlling these concerns? Do you realize that your mind is always in the future and cannot relax?
Our group will work with these anxiety symptoms that affect a large part of the population. Through weekly meetings, we will present behavioral and cognitive techniques that help in the management of anxiety. We will learn to focus on the present and less on the future. We will learn to live with anxiety and less suffering. There will be 6 meetings, starting on May 2nd. Always on Thursdays from 19h to 20h30. Coordination: Psychologist Francine Gonçalves.
