Short Course - Mindful Eating: Mindfulness at the Table
Can you identify when you are hungry or satisfied? Have a hard time detaching yourself from the world, taking a break or simply savoring each bite during meals?
Minicourse wants to help you develop mindfulness skills focused on the eating routine, increasing through sensitivity the senses to notice the signs of hunger and satiety. The course will be taught by the psychologists of the Health Context Team, Maria Eduarda Alencastro and Gabriela Damasceno, masters in psychology and health and specialists in Behavior Therapies.
