Food Balance Mini Course
CEFI's Health Context team has a special invitation for you seeking changes in eating behavior. Is it difficult for you to maintain a healthy relationship with the balance? Do you have any preconceived ideas about what your diet should look like? Do your own ideas or desires keep you from making the decisions you would like?
The Food Balance mini-course helps rescue and reflect on how our relationship with body and diet has been built throughout life. Together, we will identify food myths and the obstacles that may be interfering with your daily food choices. Our goal is to clarify the direction of your decisions and share some strategies for meeting the challenges of staying in balance. The course will be on March 20th, from 6:15 pm to 8:45 pm.
