According to Marsha Linehan, one of the ways to reduce vulnerability to the emotional mind and thus build a valuable life is to take care of your mind taking care of your body. This theme is very present in my life, I have reflected and studied a lot about health, self-care, longevity, movement and well-being. Therefore, to be consistent with some approaches I have been working on and at the request of a very important person to me, I made some self -care decisions that have helped me deal with my emotional vulnerability. Taking care of s aúde, means investing time in preventing and treating possible diseases, consulting doctors regularly and performing exams and performing exams routine. Therefore, this discipline and initiative are part of a sense of self -love, very beneficial to our mind.
