Self Monitoring: Control or consciousness?
The invitation here is to notice our behaviors with perspective. A simple careful observation between “made x did not” whatever the action we want to compromise is already a significant change.
In acceptance and commitment therapy, we call “actions with commitment” the behaviors we engage with and bring us closer to what is important to us (values).
