Mental health specialist is one of the main categories of jobs that will boost the job market in 2021, according to Linkedin study

The special edition of the report "LinkedIn evidence jobs" reveals that mental health specialist is one of the top 15 categories of jobs that will boost the Brazilian labor market in 2021.

In 2020, the area of mental health was one of the professional categories that most hired women, who filled 84% of the positions of clinical psychology.

According to the study, "Coronavirus did not affect people only physical, but also mentally. The stress caused by the indisposition of family members, isolation due to confinement and uncertainty had negative impacts on all of us. To deal with the need for increasing support throughout the country, mental health expert hiring increased 34%.

The report points psychotherapy, psychology and counseling psychology and mental health as the main skills of the specialist in mental health and psychotherapist and clinical psychologist (a) as more common positions.
