May 23 - new date Workshop Overcoming Anxiety
Worries about everyday life or about the future may not let the mind relax. Our group will work with these anxiety symptoms that affect most of the population. Through weekly meetings, we will present behavioral and cognitive techniques that help in the management of anxiety. We will learn to focus on the present and less on the future. We will learn to live with anxiety and less suffering. There will be 6 meetings, starting on May 23rd. Always on Thursdays from 19h to 20h30. Coordination: Psychologist Francine Gonçalves.
