The theme of the VI EduSex Journey will be: “Strategies that transform: New Approaches in Clinical Sexology”. The event is being organized by the Sexuality Center — EduSex — of CEFI/FACEFI, and will take place on November 27th and 28th, 2026, online, via Zoom. It will feature national and international speakers.
The VI EduSex Journey aims to discuss contemporary strategies and new approaches in Clinical Sexology, reflecting on their contributions to understanding, evaluating and intervening in demands related to human sexuality. The event will seek to articulate theory, clinical practice and scientific evidence, promoting a space for professional updating, exchange of experiences and deepening of topics relevant to sexuality care.
The purpose of this edition is to highlight transformative, ethical and diversity-sensitive clinical practices, considering current challenges related to desire, pleasure, intimacy, relationships, sexual difficulties, sexual health and different expressions of sexualities. In this way, the Journey intends to contribute to the qualification of care in Clinical Sexology and to the construction of more inclusive, welcoming and effective interventions.
