Body, presence and relationship: an experiential retreat in Contextual Therapies

Deep experience of presence, vulnerability, experiential practice and therapist transformation, promoting advanced training in Contextual Behavioral Therapies, such as ACT, FAP, DBT, Mindfulness, IBCT and CFT.

Immersive experience for therapists who want to not only study Contextual Therapies, but experience them deeply, through experiential practices, mindfulness, connection, safe vulnerability, compassion and development of the therapist's self.

goal

General Objective:

This retreat's general objective is to work on clinical skills in Contextual Behavioral Therapies, through experiential practices aimed at working on the therapist's self.

Specific objectives:

To offer therapists a space for pause, presence and transformation, in which they can experience in themselves the processes that they invite their clients to live: openness to experience, emotional awareness, safe vulnerability,
human connection, compassion and action guided by values.
Experiential practices will be proposed in ACT, FAP, DBT, Mindfulness, IBCT and CFT. More than learning techniques, the retreat proposes cultivating the therapist's presence as a living clinical instrument.

Methodology

The retreat methodology is based on the principle that some dimensions of the clinic cannot only be learned intellectually — they need to be experienced.
For this reason, the meeting will be built on profound experiences of presence, relationship and consciousness, in which participants will be invited to experience their own human processes with safety, ethics and acceptance.

The retreat will integrate:
* experiential practices;

* safe vulnerability exercises;

* relational mindfulness;

* experiences of acceptance and compassion;

* body practices;

* work with difficult emotions;

* interpersonal experiences inspired by FAP and IBCT;

* spaces for silence, reflection and clinical integration.

More than transmitting content, the proposal is to create conditions for experiential transformation and expansion of therapeutic presence.

Differentials

At a time when many therapists are tired, hyper-productive and disconnected from themselves, this retreat offers something rare: a space of pause without superficiality, depth without rigidity, science without dehumanization.

What makes this retreat different?

Because it wasn't just designed to teach techniques. It was designed to take care of the internal place where the clinic takes place.

The retreat proposes:
* less performance;
* more presence;
* less clinical automatisms;
* more relational awareness;
* less accumulation of content;
* more transformative experience.

A space where behavioral science, humanity, silence, bonding and emotional courage can coexist.
