CEFI CONTExtus Dialectus Behavioral Therapy (DBT) team offers skill training specially directed to students and professionals working in the field of mental health. This training aims to provide the experience of DBT skills, useful for promoting greater awareness of themselves, managing their own emotions, improving interpersonal relationships and increasing self-respecting. We will teach skills and resources that will be very useful for your personal and professional life. The modules are: full attention skills, tolerance to malaise, emotional regulation and interpersonal effectiveness. When we experience something that makes sense to us, it is much easier to put into practice in other relationships. This training helps us to reproduce these skills in other contexts: work, family, friends, etc.

General Objective:

  • CEFI is a consolidated institution and recognized for the seriousness and quality with which it offers its services. Has been working with specialized approaches in the treatment of people with emotional deregulation and conducting DBT groups since 2016. It seeks to be up to date in this type of approach bringing internationally recognized teachers in the area to form CEFI therapists.
