We know that adolescence is a transitional period between child and adult life. In it we are building the maturing process of our personality. Teenagers with emotional dysregulation find it difficult to understand these change processes because of their greater sensitivity to feeling emotions and the environment that can make this process even more incomprehensible.
This way, people can feel isolated, causing harm. in different ways of life. The adolescent group in dialectical behavior therapy aims to teach skills that concern two areas: those that have to do with self-regulation and those that have to do with regulating interpersonal relationships.
