Supervision Group in Systemic

Supervision groups are intended to support therapists who want to approach one of the theoretical approaches worked in CEFI-FACEFI. The role of supervisors is to assist in therapeutic work and stimulate for theoretical and personal instrumentalization, always aiming at the growth and evolution of therapists and patients treated.

- Supervision is a space for experience exchange and clinical practice, both colleagues and coordination. Therefore, participation in this space proposes to articulate theory and practice from the reports brought by the participants, in order to improve their listening and intervention.

General Objective:

-Support for, and improving the quality of therapies within the systemic bias.

Specific Objectives:

Recognize specific difficulties of therapists, and create improvement strategies. Assist the therapist in the development of a systemic look within the complexity presented in the cases. To apply the look and understanding of cases within a systemic proposal, including individual cases, family, and couples. Stimulate independence and theoretical and emotional improvement of therapists.

Methodology:

- Cases presented, suggestion of readings and analyzes from the report of experiences, application of an expanded systemic approach - integrating other approaches and expertise; Self work - when necessary.

Differentials:

-Focus on the development of a difference (systemic) look at reality.

-Specific focus on the individual difficulties of each therapy.

-Beware of the therapist at both technical and emotional level.

-Integration with other approaches.

-Observe the cases and difficulties of other colleagues as a mode of learning.

Psychologist graduated from PUC-RS, and Master in Psychiatry and behavioral sciences from the Federal University of Rio Grande do Sul (UFRGS). Graduated in third generation contextual therapies and specialist in behavioral dialectical therapy (DBT) by the Center for Family and Individual Studies (CEFI) and Integrated Center for contextual psychotherapy (CIPCO), Córdoba, Argentina. Specialist in Systemic Therapy by the Center for Family and Individual Studies (CEFI), and Feics. Since 2014 he is a member of the CEFI clinical staff, serving couples, families, adults and teenagers. At CEFI, he is also a member of the systemic therapy nucleus (SYS), and of the bereavement assistance studies group (CORA). He is a visiting professor in the postgraduate course in systemic therapy.
