Group of parents and family members with emotional disruption
People often do not understand certain behaviors of their emotionally deregulated relative and may unintentionally make the situation even more delicate. In addition, it is common for families to have few sources of support and to receive inadequate information from both family members and professionals who are not able to deal with emotional dysregulation. On the other hand, the relative tends to feel invalidated by his family, friends and himself, creating a sense of isolation. A pattern of negative interactions and emotions is formed, resulting in a tired and emotionally unregulated family. Given this, it is essential to learn skills that help in difficult times, stimulate love and compassion in the family. Training aims to reduce stress, aid communication, rebuild trust among family members, exchange anger through empathy, help participants understand this disorder and teach skills to improve the quality of family relationships. The course is held in 10 weekly meetings and begins on March 28. Learn more at 51 99420-7008 (whatsapp) or visit https://bit.ly/2H878aR.
