New Course - Basic Principles of Behavior Analysis for Clinical Practice

Functional behavior analysis underpins all approaches to Contextual or Third Generation Behavioral Therapies. The aim of the course is to understand these concepts and how the analysis applies in the clinic. We will also introduce what differentiates Contextual Therapies from other approaches.

The extension course is for psychology students, psychologists and psychiatrists. The methodology includes dialogued lectures, individual and small group practical exercises, case studies and vignettes, and exploration of video resources. There are 18 class hours on three Fridays.
