New Course - Clinical Interventions in Eating Behavior

Want to find out how to use contextual motivational and behavioral strategies in food? The effectiveness of these approaches in the treatment of obesity has been highlighted in clinical practice. Therefore, CEFI has just launched the extension course - Clinical Interventions in Eating Behavior.

The course for professionals and students of psychology, psychiatry and nutrition will have 5 modules. Students will learn about motivational and behavioral approaches in a theoretical-practical way, as well as train intervention tools in different models. There are 50 class hours taught by nutritionists and psychologists. Behavioral nutrition, mindful eating - how to develop intuitive eating and mindful eating, how to evoke processes of change, acceptance and commitment therapy for obesity and overweight, and dialectical behavior therapy for binge eating.
