October 16 Starts Skills Training for Parents and Families of People with Emotional Disruption

Often family members do not understand certain parenting behaviors and may have inappropriate and harmful reactions. In addition, it is common for families to have few sources of support and to receive inadequate information from both family members and professionals who are not able to deal with emotional dysregulation. On the other hand, the relative tends to feel invalidated by his family, friends and himself, creating a sense of isolation. A pattern of negative interactions and emotions is formed, resulting in a tired and emotionally unregulated family. Given this, it is essential to learn skills that help in difficult times, stimulate love and compassion in the family. The proposed training aims to reduce family stress, assist communication, rebuild trust among family members, exchange anger for empathy, help participants understand this disorder, and teach skills to improve the quality of family relationships. The course is held in 10 weekly meetings and starts on 10/16. Learn more at 51 99420-7008 (whatsapp) or visit www.cefipoa.com.br
