Book it: workshop in Cuiabá with Fabián Olaz

October will be very special at CEFI Cuiabá. We are preparing the second edition of the Workshop with Fabián Olaz, who holds a PhD in Psychology from the Universidad Nacional de Córdoba, Argentina.

Fabián Olaz has over 300 hours of training and supervision on the Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Functional Analytic Therapy (FAP) model and has written and published dozens of papers on these and various other contextual therapy topics.

This Workshop will offer theoretical and experiential training presenting the basic concepts and strategies for using ACT and FAP and the main tools of the so-called Third Generation or Third Wave Contextual Therapies, which has been gaining prominence in recent years.

The goal of therapy is the abandonment of the fight against symptoms and the reconstruction of the patient's life horizon, based on the acceptance of suffering and the search for its values.
