The course aims to deepen the knowledge on the theme of coparenting, taking into account its complexity and all its potentialities. Aimed at students and professionals interested in the different contexts of care for couples and families.

The course will address the developments of the phenomenon of coparenting in different contexts, contemplating theoretical and practical aspects.

Class 1 - Being parents: coparenting in different family settings (Daniel Mazzali)


Class 2 - Children as a tug of war: coparenting and parental alienation (Guilherme Moritz)


Lecture 3 - Interactions between family subsystems and the Spillover effect (Gabriea Techio)


Class 4 - Coparenting and its effects on children's health and adjustment (Ana Carolina Peixoto S. Moraes)


Lesson 5 - Coparenting in practice: techniques for serving couples and families (Ana Carolina Peixoto S. Moraes and Guilherme Moritz)


Possibility to debate and update on a topic still little discussed with specialists in Systemic Therapy with experience in assisting couples and families with a focus on coparenting.


Ana Carolina Peixoto S. Moraes - CRP 07/23223

Psychologist at the Pontifical Catholic University of Rio Grande do Sul (PUCRS); Specialist in Systemic Therapy with Individuals, Couples and Families at the Center for Family and Individual Studies (CEFI); Post-graduated in Mindfulness applied at Clínica by Infapa. Studying Master's Degree in the Graduate Program in Psychology and Health at UFCSPA. She works as a clinical psychologist in the systemic care center for individuals, couples and families at CEFI (Núcleo Sys) and in a private practice. She worked as a school psychologist and has experience with Mindfulness and Socioemotional Education interventions through the SENTE Program. She is an invited professor for Postgraduate courses at CEFI.

Ms. Daniel Bratta Mazzali - Psychologist CRP 07/21353

Psychologist graduated from the Pontifical Catholic University of Rio Grande do Sul (2012) and Master in Clinical Psychology from the same university where he addressed the intersections of digitality with clinical practice. He is a Specialist in Systemic Therapy in Individual, Couple and Family modalities at the Center for Family and Individual Studies and has training in Contextual Behavioral Therapies in partnership with the Integral Center for Contextual Psychotherapies (Córdoba - Argentina). He has experience as a triagista and in individual adult, couples and families clinical care. He currently coordinates the Systemic Therapy group and is a supervisor and professor of the Clinical Curricular Internship and in the specialization course in Systemic Therapy at CEFI in addition to a clinical psychologist in a private practice.

Gabriela Techio - (CRP 07/28944)

Psychologist graduated from PUCRS, specializing in Systemic Therapy with Individuals, Couples and Families at the Center for the Study of the Family and the Individual and also graduated in Social Sciences at UFRGS. Master's student in social psychology at PUCRS with an emphasis on the theme of conflict between work and family in couples. Experience in career counseling in the individual and group model and in clinical care with individuals, families and couples. He is currently part of the Núcleo Sys and the sexuality nucleus - Edusex, both at CEFI.

Guilherme Moritz CRP 07/23639

Psychologist graduated from PUC-RS, master by the graduate program in Psychiatry and Behavioral Sciences at UFRGS. He has a postgraduate degree in behavioral therapies and is a specialist in Systemic Therapy, both by CEFI. Acts as a Psychologist, Teacher and Supervisor. Has a professional focus on clinical psychology and teaching. He has worked as a psychotherapist for couples, families and individuals associated with CEFI since 2014. Visiting professor in postgraduate studies in systemic therapy at CEFI and at other universities. Supervisor of Clinical Psychology internship at CEFI.
